FAQ's

1. DELIVERY (ALL OUR DELIVERY ARE CONTACTLESS)

We deliver only in the Philippines. Presently we cater only five (5) cities in the National Capital Region namely Taguig City, Pateros, Makati City, Pasig City and Pasay City.  Stay tuned for our expansion to other cities.

2. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is FREE for Orders ABOVE 1,500.00 Philippine Peso.  For Orders BELOW 1,500.00 Philippine Peso the Delivery Charge will be 75.00 Philippine Peso.

3. ORDER BY EMAIL

Make a list of all the medicines you'd like to order, upload the prescription. E-mail the list to us at pharmacy@ehealthplusinc.com, please ensure that you provide your full mailing address including the ZIP Code. We'll call you back to confirm or will get back to you via e-mail on the medicines we will serve you.  Once we confirm the same, the order will be processed. If you have ordered prescription medicines, you need to scan the prescription and send it along with the e-mail. You can also upload a legible photograph if you are unable to scan it. Our team will not process your order without a prescription. Our team will then fulfill the order at the earliest. 

4. SERVICE DAYS AND TIME.  YOU CAN ORDER 24*7 THROUGH OUR APP (ANDROID & IOS).

Same Day Delivery of order 7 days a week. Orders received after 3PM will be delivered the next day.  In case of any delay, our team will inform you on a priority basis. You can contact us on : +63 9282113730  (between 8am and 5pm). 

5. WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE DELIVERED?

In case you are not at home, please nominate a neighbor or someone close by who can receive the order. Ensure that they have the payable amount.  You can opt your orders to be delivered to your office or anywhere else that you can receive the order, just give us the prefered date and time or contact details if someone else will receive the order.

6. IF MY ORDER DOES NOT GET SERVICED?

We strive hard to service all our orders. We will schedule the orders at your convenient time. However, in case we cannot, we will refund the cost of the medicines as store credits to your WALLET Account. 

7. PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE

We currently take COD Cash On Delivery, BANK Transfer & BANK Deposit.  You have to upload the Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit Receipt before check out.

8. HOW TO COMPUTE 20% SENIOR CITIZEN / PWD DISCOUNT AND VAT EXEMPTION? 

3 Steps in Computing Amount Billiable to Senior Citizen / PWD:

A. Determining the amount of VAT Exempt Sale.  A Senior Citizen / PWD is exempted from paying Value-Added Tax (VAT).  You need to deduct the amount of VAT from the selling price. 

B. Deduct the 20% Senior Citizen / PWD Discount. The 20% discount will be computed from the VAT Exempt Sale.

C. Once you've figured the VAT Exempt Sale and the Senior Citizen Discount / PWD, you may now compute the amount billiable or collectible.

Sample Computation:

Selling Price :  P 1,000.00

A. VAT Rate:              12%

    VAT Exempt Sale = Selling Price / 1.12 = P 892.86

B. Senior Citizen / PWD Discount = VAT Exempt Sale x 20%  

    Senior Citizen / PWD Discount = P 892.86 x 0.20 = P 178.57

C. Amount Collectible = VAT Exempt Sale - Senior Citizen / PWD Discount

    Amount Collectible = P 892.86 - P 178.57 = P 714.29

Prepare your prescription during delivery. Our delivery team need to validate your prescription upon claiming of your order.

Dont't forget also to upload your SC/PWD ID’s before checking out. Prepare your SC/PWD ID and Booklet during delivery. The delivery team will validate your SC/PWD ID and needs recording in SC/PWD Booklet upon delivery.  

9. HOW CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

This can only be done before the order has been shipped, i.e. you need to ensure you send us a mail at pharmacy@ehealthplusinc.com with your order number or call us at +63 995 011 9085 for cancellation, before the mail with 'order shipped information' reaches you. 

10. ABOUT PRESCRIPTIONS

If you order a medicine that can only be prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, then you need to have that prescription ready at the time of placing of order. You can either upload while placing the order if you have it ready or you can e-mail it later with your order ID to pharmacy@ehealthplusinc.com

13. QUALITY AND AUTHENTICITY OF THE MEDICINES

We ensure that we procure the medicines directly from certified distributors and manufacturers. Rest assured that we sell only Philippine FDA approved medications.  We ensure that you get only quality and authentic medicines that are well within the expiry date. 

14. HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

Step 1: Customer uploads the prescription Step 2: Pharmacist reviews and digitizes the prescription along with an order cart Step 3: Customer will select the required items along with quantity and selects the mode of payment as desired Step 4: Our delivery team will deliver the medicine at your doorstep.

We will update you along the way about your order.  Please note that you will get an e-mail with the invoice amount to be paid. 

15. HOW WILL I KNOW THE AVAILABILITY OF THE MEDICINE?

Please note that price & stock of medicines change in real time. We are working hard everyday to expose real time price & stock information. 

16. WHY CAN'T I CONFIRM ORDER AS SOON AS I UPLOAD THE PRESCRIPTION?

Pharmacist verify the prescription and digitize the same before you can confirm the order. 

17. CAN I BUY GENERIC SUBSTITUTES?

Yes, you can buy generic substitutes instead of brand name in the prescription.  You can ask our pharmacist for generic equivalent of your medicine or you can select from our variety generic substitutes.

18. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes sure. We update you at every stage with an sms/email. 

19. WHY DOES THE MEDICINE PRICES CHANGE?

Medicine prices often change on a day to day basis due to regulations and distributors. We are working hard everyday to expose real time price.

20. CAN YOU SAVE ME MONEY?

We try hard to give you the best price possible.  We apply discounted medicines/items from time to time.  You have the options to check generic substitutes good quality equivalent for your prescribed brand medications.

21. RE-FILL ORDER?

Why not?  Yes you can re-fill the previous order from history.  You have precriptions bank in your account.  All your previous prescriptions are save.  Please note that we cannot give refills for prescriptions already fully served.  We take also in consideration the date of the prescription if it is already for you to visit your doctor for a new prescription.

22. PRIVACY

Your conversations with our pharmacists are completely confidential.  Our delivery team never know what medication they are delivering.
